Da Lat
Da Lat is a city in the south of Vietnam between Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. It is a smaller city but there are still some nice things to do there. Da Lat is perfect for a one or two night stay so you have time to do all the sightseeing things without losing to much time for the rest of Vietnam.
Canyoning
One of the highlights in Da Lat is definitely canyoning. It is a must do when you are in Da Lat and believe me you won't be disappointed. It is a bit pricey but totally worth it. You will be picked up from your hostel and they will drive you down to the start location. You also meet all your guides during the drive. When you are there you get your equipment and you will practice abseiling. Then you will walk to the first challenge and after this one 6 others will follow. You will be challenged in some moments but everyone who is a bit adventurous can definitely do this. Afterwards you will get lunch and you will be back around 2 pm at your hostel. The company I went with is Highland adventure travel which has amazing reviews and the price for one person is 84 euros.

If you like an interesting bar to spend some night time go to the maze bar. Yes it is literally a maze to get to the bar but make sure you this with a fun group to make it even better.
LA Beauty
After canyoning you mind want to relax a bit and there is no better way for relaxing than a good massage. 1 minute walk from Mooka's house is LA beauty and here you can nog only have a great massage but also a really nice facial. They have three combo packages and I took the two hours package with a one hour facial and a one hour massage. This will cost you around 15 euros and it is definitely one of the best facials I had. The massage was also really nice and the whole combination made me feel alive again afterwards and my face felt so soft.
Mooka's house
Mooka's house is a nice little hidden gem in Da Lat. After my night bus they already let me in the hostel at 6.30 am and I could sleep a little longer on a very comfortable sofa. At 9 am when I woke up they checked me in and I could already enjoy my bed without paying anything extra. They also offered me breakfast and there is free water, coffee and tea. The rooms are big with enough space for your stuff, beds are wide, clean and comfy and the bathroom was perfect for the amount of people I shared the room with. Breakfast was included with my stay and you can choose from 5 different options so something for everyone. The staff is really kind and friendly and helped me with all my questions, booking the canyoning trip for me and they arranged my bus ticket to Hoi An. For the dog lovers, they have a cute and friendly little dog here. The price per night is a little less then 4 euros.

Across Mooka's house is Le Alpi Da Lat restaurant. It is a nice little restaurant with great Italian food for reasonable prices.
